Before you install

PREREQUISITE

MariaDB, for both Windows applications

MariaDB is a free, open-source database — a backward-compatible successor to MySQL with additional security and performance work. Both TCB and TMS keep their tightening records in it, so it has to be present before you run either installer.

Nothing extra for Android

The TMS app stores locally on the device and needs no database of its own. Install the APK, pair a DR-RF dongle or a Bluetooth gateway, and it will find the transducer.
