Four product technology briefings: what the problem actually is, why conventional sensing has not solved it, how the ZIPPTORK approach works, and what it takes to select and deploy it.
Product technology briefings

Wireless Rotary-Type Torque Transducer
External wireless torque sensing that survives impact and pulse tooling, so existing tools can be upgraded instead of replaced.

Torque Controllers
A torque control methodology built for air impact wrenches and pulse tools, keeping the tools already on the line.

Bolt Load Monitoring System
A patented sensing washer: clamp force measured during tightening, preload monitored long after installation.

Fastening Capability Analyzer
A standardised way to move from torque measurement to real fastening capability, especially for impact and pulse tools.
What runs through all four
Keep the tools
Sensing is separated from the tool and placed between tool and fastener, so an existing impact, pulse, clutch or auto-shutoff fleet can be upgraded instead of replaced.
Survive the environment
Impact and pulse tooling produce repeated shock and rapid torque peaks. A patented double vibration-damping architecture is what lets electronic sensing live there at all.
Finish as a record
Torque, angle and identification data become a searchable fastening record that can be handed to a customer or an auditor.
