Products
Two systems and the tools between them. The torque control system governs how tight a fastener is driven; the bolt load control system measures what the joint actually holds.
Torque control system
Define what the tool really does, make an uncontrolled tool controllable, then measure the result at the joint rather than inside the tool.

Torque Tester
Calibrates the accuracy and consistency of a torque tool before it reaches the line.

Torque Tension Tester
Establishes the real bolting capability of an impact or pulse wrench, not its rating plate.

Torque Controller
Shut-off control in Pressure, Transducer and ACCU modes, on any air impact or pulse wrench.

Built-in Torque Control Board
Control electronics built into the cordless tool itself, for stations without a separate controller.

Wireless Rotary Type Torque Transducer
Anti-vibration inline measurement at the joint. Square drive and 6.35 mm bit holder output.

Socket Type Torque Transducer
Impact socket hex output for heavy impact wrenches. Custom hex openings on request.

Transducer for Torque Multiplier
Reaction-type measurement for geared multipliers, where torque runs above 1000 N·m.

Wireless Swing Type Torque Transducer
Swing-type sensing for interchangeable-head and manual torque wrenches, and residual torque audit.
Bolt load control system
Torque is a proxy. These measure the clamping load itself, during assembly and for as long as the joint stays in service — the economical alternative to ultrasonic bolting technology.

Bolt Load Monitoring System
SWN/SWR sensing washers with transmitter and gateway, for direct bolt load control and remote joint monitoring.

Wireless Bolt Load Transducer
Rotary-type bolt load sensing and transmission throughout the tightening process.

Anti-Vibration Sensing Washer
The washer that carries the load cell, sized to the joint and left in place after assembly.

Signal Transmitter
Reads the sensing washer and transmits to the gateway.

SWC Gateway
Aggregates sensing washer channels and forwards them to the network.

Break Load Sensing Device
Captures the load at which a fastener or joint lets go, for destructive qualification.

Squeeze Force Sensing Device
Measures clamping force for riveting and squeezing operations.

Wireless Tension Transmitter
Transmits tension readings from the joint without a cable run.
Torque tools
Geared multipliers for the high-torque end, air-driven or cordless.

Air Torque Multiplier
ATM200 at 1/2" drive and 200 N·m, ATM700 at 3/4" and 700 N·m, supplied with hose set, FRL unit and reaction arm.

Cordless Torque Multiplier
Battery multipliers for structural bolting away from an air line.
Data & station peripherals
What carries a reading from the joint to the quality record.

RF 2.4G Dongle
Connects RF transducers to a Windows or Android device. DG-CP for Android, DG-WIN for Windows.

Bluetooth Gateway
One gateway serving up to seven Bluetooth transducers.

Data Display Transceiver
Station-side readout and relay for tightening data.

Barcode Scanner
Bluetooth 4.0 and RF 2.4G. 270 scans/sec at 0.075 mm resolution, 2000 mAh.

Thermal Receipt Printer
80 mm station printing of the tightening record.

Under Transducer Mode, with a ZIPPTORK wireless transducer fitted between tool and socket, an air impact wrench reaches ±10–15% controllability and an air pulse wrench ±5–10%. Under Pressure Mode, without a transducer, the same tools reach ±15–20% and ±10–15%.
