Air flow rate:

Only TCA is equipped with a digital flow meter. Turn the tool air flow regulator to the maximum, and the system will regulate the proper flow rate to correspond to the target torque automatically.

Bolting in stages:

Preset the bolting stages and percentage of target torque for each stage from 1 to 4 stages of range as required. The system will regulate the air pressure and flow rate correspondently.

The number of bolts:
-
Preset the number of bolts to be fastened. Only when all bolts of each stage are fastened will the system switch to the next stage and regulate the air pressure and flow rate correspondently and automatically.

Torque Compensation:

The system will compensate for the torque loss that may be caused by the variation in the bolted joint hardness, the rise in temperature of the hydraulic fluid of the pulse wrench, or the posture of the operator to hold the tool during the process automatically within its allowable working air pressure range.

Via Internet or Ethernet with VNC to monitor cell phone, tablet, and PC data or set torque controller parameters.
